We take pride in our own centrifugal castings facility. We have a well-experienced team managing castings, with the average experience of each team member at approximately 17 years in the centrifugal castings field.
We pride ourselves in our extensive manufacturing facility, with close to 50 CNC machines and an extremely talented and knowledgeable team that ensures quality at every stage of the product, from raw material till finished product.
Our excellent in-house heat treatment facility ensures the most critical characteristic of the gasket, which is the hardness, is strictly maintained. We have in-house furnaces capable of delivering a heat treat capacity of 12 tons of gaskets at any point in time.
Our excellent plating infrastructure ensures the end product is devoid of rust and other attacks from corrosive elements. This is done to prolong the life of the gasket in sour service. Low cast steel & soft iron gaskets are plated in accordance to official standards to conform to the practices worldwide.
We have PMI tests done on each and every gasket that goes out of our facility. Our castings unit is well-equipped with a state-of-the-art Spectromax Spectrometer (capable of measuring all metal compositions and elements including Nitrogen) and we follow strict quality norms that checks for chemical composition before each production run.

For Low Carbon Steel and Soft Iron rings, we have a dedicated ring rolling facility that has enabled process innovations to reduce cost of the gasket. Our Low Carbon Steel and Soft Iron RTJ raw material requirements are met with this setup at an associated company which supplies forgings and fused rings to us, and is a captive vendor.
For Low Carbon Steel and Soft Iron rings, we have a fusion welding facility is capable of fusing very thick cross-sections (almost 100mm) across a variety of materials like Stainless Steel, Inconels, Monel, Hastealloy etc. It is with pride we say that there are very few, if any, gasket manufacturers in India that have such a steep vertical integration all the way from raw material through manufacturing to plating as we do.

In our machining facility, we can turn upto 1400mm in our CNCs and our machines cover the entire dimension spectrum on the ring gaskets (from R11 to R105), including many custom-size gaskets we supply to our customers on a regular basis.
We have strict quality control norms like checking for radioactivity on raw materials used and also on the final product that goes out of our factory. We incorporate strict quality inspection controls and line inspection controls to verify the adherence to important quality parameters on our gaskets, like hardness and dimensions.
